Social Enterprise StexFGiving Seeks Expansion Funding on Seedrs

StexFGiving, a social enterprise that promotes social change through ethical communication, recently launched a Seedrs campaign to raise £150,000 as it prepares to expand its operations.

StexFGiving 1The company described itself as a hub of knowledge, expertise, and resources that enable Third (charities) and Fourth (social enterprises) Secorganizationsions to realize their vision through accessible, effective, and tailored communication. Maurizio Gioli, co-founder and CEO at StexFGiving, explained:

 “This is a big step for charities and social enterprises, being the first social enterprise on an equity crowdfunding platform we aim to open the door to many more to come. It is our goal to create innovation and change the market with a new business model that will have a strong impact on these Sectors. StexFGiving will make it possible to access both the services and the knowledge that up until now only the really big players with sufficient budgets could access.”

Currently, the company’s products/services are:

  • Marketing Services (Graphic Design, Publishing, Printing, Ethical Marketing)
  • Communication (Social Media, Content Management, PR, Event Management)
  • Media (Web Design, SEO, Video Production and Editing, Video Animation)
  • Strategic Support (Strategic Planning, Media Campaigns, Content)
  • Ethical communication consultancy and strategy to 3rd and 4th Sectors

StexFGiving also offers 18 unique workshops throughout the year that explores charities and social enterprises.

StexFGiving 2StexFGiving was notably incubated at Ravensbourne University Sector College. Ha Smith, incubation manager at Ravensbourne, shared:

“StexFGiving has the potential to revolutionize the market. Through collaborative working partnerships and sound experience they facilitate communication needs and activities enabling their clients to achieve their business and mission objectives.”

Laura Vanessa Munoz, founder of the social enterprise Empowering Futures, added:

“StexFGiving developed our website; the look and feel clearly communicate our passion to develop the skills of entrepreneurs and university students through collaborative projects. StexFGiving’s team is young, vibrant and diverse and they continue to support our communication efforts.”

Funds from the campaign will be used to hire four more employees, an office in South East London, and expand the company’s infrastructure. The initiative is set to close later this summer.
