With nearly three weeks until its Everyday Backpack Line’s Kickstarter campaign is set to close, Peak Design has successfully secured over $3 million from more nearly 13,000 backers.

Everyday Message 4The company, which captured $4,869,472 from 17,029 backers through Kickstarter last year for its Everyday Messenger, returned to the crowdfunding giant last month to raise funds for four more bags for the Everyday line, the Everyday Backpack (features two sizes), the Everyday Tote, and the Everyday Sling. The company previously stated the Everyday Line delivers “re-imaged” carry solutions that are targeted towards urbanites, creatives, bike commuters, parents, travelers, adventurers, and everyone in-between. Each bag notably has lightweight, waterproof material that is all custom with a lifetime guarantee. They also feature dedicated carry for laptop/tablet devices and tripods, along with discreet built-in luggage straps.

Peak Design previously revealed:

“For us, the Everyday Messenger wasn’t a bar to leap over but a foundation to build on. Last year, we learned how to apply our design acumen to the bag category. Tis year, we’re finishing what we started with a full lineup of bags, all of which have been painstakingly crafted to meet everyday carry needs better than, in our humble opinion, anything else out there.”

The campaign surpassing $3 million comes just after Peak Design announced it received Carryology’s Outdoor Retailer Best In Show award.

Everyday Bag 3Carryology is a publication, community, and soon-to-be retail store dedicated to exploring the world’s best carry products and brands. A few months ago they bestowed the Everyday Messenger and Field Pouch with highly coveted 2015 Carry Awards. Last Friday at the Outdoor Retailer Show in Salt Lake City, they saw the Everyday Backpack, Tote and Sling for the very first time. And, well, they liked what they saw. So much that a few hours later they swung back by our booth and presented us with their Best in Show award.”

The Everyday Sling is currently available for $125, the Everyday Tote is $155, and the Everyday Backpack is $199. The campaign is set to close on September 9th.
