British Boxers, a UK-based nightwear and underwear brand, recently launched a Crowdcube campaign to raise £150,000 as it prepares to debut new product lines. Each of the products is made with fine woven cotton and provides soft, supportive and breathable fabric.

We have a distinct brand identity with a convincing back-story and believe we are well placed to develop our range to exploit identified growth areas in loungewear and athleisure clothing, ensuring that new product launches continually reinvigorate the brand.”

British Boxers also noted their women’s hipster briefs had launched this month to coincide with its Crowdcube debut. The company has also been featured in various media outlets, including Daily Mail You Magazine, The Guardian, Menswear Buyers Magazine and soon Red Magazine (pending November 2016). Founder and managing director, Deborah Price, is a textile designer and has years of experience in the fashion industry. She previously held the position as Head of Buying for Bonsai of London. The company also noted:

“British Boxers is so named because Deborah wanted to fight for traditional great British quality and also as a nod to her great, great, great grandfather – first world heavyweight boxing champion and great Victorian, Jem Mace.”

Along with the new lines, funds from the Crowdcube initiative will be used for employing a new marketing expert along with employing administration and sales personnel. The campaign is set to close at the beginning of November.
