Zimpler, Gigapay to Offer Instant Payouts for Digital Content Creators

Zimpler, a Fintech company based in Sweden, has partnered with Fintech startup Gigapay in order to offer content creators with a seamless payout management system.

Gigapay was reportedly the first to accommodate freelancers without a registered firm and now thanks to their collaboration with Zimpler, Gigapay is the “first” to offer instant payouts to those with a registered firm in Sweden. The instant payout feature is currently available in Finland and with plans to expand globally during 2022.

As noted in the update, influencer marketing is reaching an all-time high. This year, the industry is expected to a grow to about $16.4 billion.

With numerous influencers worldwide, the figure is likely to increase further. The steady industry growth leads to a viable opportunity for Fintechs to innovate and develop solutions, enabling them to get paid instantly, making self-billing or self-invoicing as seamless as possible.

Although instant payouts are possible, sole traders need to wait 15 days for funds to reach their accounts. Zimpler’s collaboration with Gigapay should allow creators and sole traders access to receive instant payments on equal terms.

The firms within the sector using Zimpler’s and Gigapay’s services reportedly include Society Icon, Gigital and INCA.
