Real Estate Software Firm CubiCasa Launches MLS Partnership Program to Put a Floor Plan on Every Listing in the US

CubiCasa, a global-reaching real estate software company, announced the launch of its partnership program for Multiple Listing Services (MLS).

The company is also announcing a contract with PrimeMLS, the first MLS “to benefit from CubiCasa’s new MLS program, with more to be announced soon.”

In today’s market conditions, agents “need every tool possible to market their listings.” Floor plans are consistently “ranked by consumers as one of their most desired pieces of information on a listing.”

CubiCasa allows anyone with a smartphone “to create a digital floor plan of a property in just five minutes, and its new MLS program provides unique member benefits to agents and appraisers at participating MLSs.”

MLS members can “secure free floor plans from their scans, a discounted rate on optional add-on features, and an active directory of real estate photographers who are currently using CubiCasa.”

MLSs can “receive trustworthy and digitized property information to help reinforce the MLS as the center of making local real estate markets work effectively.”

Jeff Allen, President of CubiCasa, said:

“MLSs represent the pinnacle of organized real estate, and a huge accelerant to our mission to include floor plans on every listing in the U.S. We’re thrilled to be working with PrimeMLS – they are incredibly forward-thinking and share our vision of the floor plan being a critical asset on every listing.”

PrimeMLS (formerly known as the New England Real Estate Network or “NEREN”) serves more than 11,000 members “throughout New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts and other Northeastern states.”

Through their contract with CubiCasa, PrimeMLS’s property information platform will have access “to more property data and provide homebuyers with a digital asset on the property, helping them envision the full potential of a home’s layout.”

Joe Ryan, CEO of PrimeMLS, remarked:

“We’re pleased to bring an important digital asset in floor plans to all our members and provide homebuyers in the Northeast with more detailed property information. Real estate professionals across the industry can create a digital floor plan with ease using CubiCasa, with no prior training and no additional equipment required, making it the latest powerful tool in our arsenal as we look to provide our members with the best products and services.”

Following its free product launch in August, CubiCasa recently “announced record adoption of digital floor plans, with a 455% increase in user signups year-over-year (YoY) and a 98% increase in new U.S. real estate scans.”

To date, CubiCasa has “produced more than 1 million floor plans and is used in 172 countries.”

The CubiCasa app is “available for download in the App Store and Google Play Store.”
