SEC’s Crowdfunding Proposals: Overview by Seyfarth Shaw

Seyfarth Shaw PresentersGlobal law firm Seyfarth Shaw recently gave a presentation reviewing the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) proposed regulations regarding Title III of the JOBs Act – specifically “retail” or “popular” crowdfunding.  These proposed regulations are now accepting comments on the SEC web site.

While these regulations may be altered and were only recently released, the Seyfarth Shaw presentation is an excellent legal overview of the Title III regulatory environment as it stands today.  Anyone interested in a detailed interpretation regarding crowdfunding should watch the video presentation below.
