In what may be an increasing trend as we move through 2014 and toward the implementation of popular equity crowdfunding, Virtuix has now launched a campaign on SeedInvest seeking $2.5 million in funding from accredited investors under Rule 506(c). Title II of the JOBS Act gave rise to 506(c) as a way for issuers to generally solicit their private offerings.
To date, the campaign has raised $375,000 in funding.
