Seedrs representative Ricardo Sequerra, recently presented at the TechChill Baltics and Mini Seedcamp in Latvia. Outside of some updated information regarding the platform statistics, the video gives an excellent overview of Seedrs and their equity crowdfunding operation. Seedrs wants to be a “life cycle manager for your company” by managing the process for the seed round to Series A, B etc. Their message is they are 100% aligned with the listing company, and they want to provide the support and platform for success.
Seedrs fairly recently opened up their platform to pan-European crowdfunding. They announced their expansion late last year and now provide startups located anywhere in Europe the opportunity to crowdfund on their platform. They accomplish this goal by assisting small companies in creating a UK based legal entity which may offer shares in their business.
Seedrs has been visiting different parts of Europe spreading the message of what their platform may offer for small companies looking to raise capital.
