With less than 72 hours until its Kickstarter comes to an end, famed travel jacket Baubax has scored over $7 million thanks to nearly 36,700 backers.
The Baubax Travel Jacket is equipped with 15 features that makes it perfect for those traveling. Such features include a neck pillow, earphone holders, eye mask, phone pocket, drink pocket, microfiber cloth, sunglass pockets, blanket pockets, and even a portable charger pocket. The jacket is available in four styles for both men and women, which are Sweatshirt, Windbreaker, Bomber, and Blazer.
Yoganshi Shah, founder and chief design officer of Baubax, previously stated:
“No one wants to carry a big goofy neck pillow when traveling. All of our jackets include an inflatable pillow that’s discreetly tucked away in the hood. This innovative valve technology allows the consumer to inflate a neck pillow in just two seconds and deflate with a simple press of a button.”
Recently, Baubax passed the PonoMusic Player, and surpassed Shenmue 3, to take possession of 5th place on Kickstarter’s most funded campaigns of all-time list. Shah explained:
“To join the Top-10 list was a very special achievement and now to be the 6th highest funded campaign ever shows there is no stopping the popularity and momentum of our product. We’d like to thank all of our backers once again for their tremendous support.”
Hiral Sanghavi, co-founder and CEO of Baubax, then added:
“We are forecasting a very strong finish in the final days of our campaign with people around the world wanting to buy our jackets at a discount before our Kickstarter concludes on September 3rd.”
It looks like Sanghavi’s prediction is pretty accurate.
