Crowdcube Captures Three Crowdfunding Awards Within 24-Hour Period

This has been such a big month for Crowdcube! Along with announcing its new partnership with Amazon Launchpad, the UK-based equity crowdfunding platform revealed that last week it bagged not one, not two, but three awards within a 24-hour period.

While explaining details about the first award, Shares Magazine’s Best Crowdfunding Platform Award, the Crowdcube team noted:

x-default“Shares Magazine held their annual awards dinner on Thursday night at the Grosvenor House Hotel. The aim of the Shares Awards is to recognise the high quality of services and products from companies in the world of retail investment. All awards are voted for by their readers.

“We were up for The Best Crowdfunding Platform, against a host of strong competition, with Syndicate Room, Seedrs and Venture Founders also in the running. But we’re pleased to say Shares Magazine readers did us proud by voting Crowdcube as the best Crowdfunding platform within the industry.

“Shares Magazine is the leading weekly magazine for the serious investor.”

Also discussing its AltFi Equity Crowdfunding Platform for Startups and The Most Innovative Crowdfunding Campaign of the year Awards, Crowdcube shared:

Altfi 2“On Friday AltFi, the news site for the Alternative Finance space, judged their awards. This is the second year running that this well regarded site has run these awards. Last year we won Crowdfunding Platform of the year, this year the categories were split up into Industry, Investor and Small Business categories. The awards were sponsored by PWC and MWEaglewood.

“We are thrilled to announce that the good judges at AltFi deemed us winners of two categories and runner-up in a third. We won both the Equity Crowdfunding Platform for Startups and The Most Innovative Crowdfunding Campaign of the year for our much lauded advertising campaign with JustPark.”

Crowdcube went on to add that the judges had the following points to make about its crowdfunding platform:

  • Altfi 1The speed taken from initial contact to the pitch going live is extremely fast, taking into account the level of customer service and due diligence performed. The commission is low and the care throughout the pitch and afterwards is fantastic.
  • Impressive metrics. Personal touch of dealing with one analyst builds strong, trusting relationships, augmented by a strong support network. The Sprint Programme seems particularly well focused and encouraging all funded entrepreneurs to provide assistance and support to one another valuable.
  • Very clear benefits and proof points identified in this submission
